Fashions of the Ages LLC specializes in creating historically accurate and inspired apparel, corsets, movie costume replicas, hats, fantasy costumes, dance wear, lingerie, modern formal wear and just about anything else that can be dreamed up. If you're looking for couture quality custom made clothing you've come to the right place!

Each garment made by Fashions of the Ages is handmade from authentic historical patterns, or from patterns we have drafted ourselves. All garments are created in a clean, non-smoking, pet free environment. All seams and edges are properly finished and we pay the utmost attention to detail.

Fashions of the Ages is a small business located in Los Angeles, California and was created by Tami Blake in 2001. As a professional couturier, Tami has many years of experience researching, designing, draping and creating extensive historical costumes. Tami has previously worked as a costumer for many different companies and theatres throughout the western states and greatly enjoys every new experience and challenge her work brings her.

In early 2007 we restructured our company to better serve the needs of our clientele. Working from her private studio, Tami now completes the majority of orders personally. This allows clients greater freedom and involvement in the design and creation process as they are able to work directly with the designer and creator of their project. In addition, Tami is contracted by film and theater companies in Los Angeles from time to time. To help complete orders when Tami is on contract or when we have a large workload we have several well qualified processional costumers who assist us depending on what our needs are.
