Victorian Ruffled Bustle Side

Custom made Victorian ruffled bustle is made out of 100% cotton muslin with 4 steel hoop bones that will support the heaviest of gown skirts. Bustle is gathered onto a fitted waistband that ties with ribbons in the center front. The back of the bustle has ruffled petticoat overlay with six or seven rows of ruffles.
