This beautiful Victorian bustle gown is made following the line of the 'natural form' period and is worn over a petticoat (no bustle). The bodice is made of red satin and is interlined and lined with cotton sateen. Bodice contains spiral steel boning for support and laces through grommets in the center back. Short puffed sleeves are also lined. Fan tail skirt is made of red and black brocade. Bottom of skirt has a seven inch knife pleated ruffle trimmed in red satin and black lace. The back of the bustle also has a red satin piece that is bustled up for additional accents (sorry - no photos to show this portion off!)
