Beautiful Civil War gown is made from 100% cotton lavender eyelet and decorative trims. Ball top has a wide white lace ruffle around the top edge and is piped around the bottom edge with contrasting white cotton. The bodice has a grommeted back closure with modesty piece. Day top has hook and eye closure down the center front and is trimmed with lovely white lace trim down the front edge. All seams and edges on the day bodice are piped with white cotton. Bodice splits into two attractive points at the bottom front and comes to one point in the back. Sold together as a four piece set: day bodice, skirt, ball bodice and reticule.
