Civil War gown is made entirely from rust silk dupioni and is trimmed with lovely cream lace. Ball top has a lovely lace applique along the top and is piped with contrasting cream silk along the bottom edge and sleeves. The ball bodice back has a grommeted closure with modesty panel. Day bodice consists of two pieces: rust silk Zouave jacket and white cotton garibaldi blouse. The Zouave jacket is fully lined, piped along all edges and trimmed with Venetian lace. Garibaldi blouse buttons down the front and at the wrist cuffs. Ball skirt is a lovely 3 tier skirt with cream lace trimming the bottom of each tier. Sold as a five piece set: ball bodice, day bodice, garibaldi blouse, skirt and reticule (not pictured).
