Green Satin Victorian Hat

Victorian short hat is built from a buckram and wire frame and is covered with green satin fabric. Cream lace and gimp accents trim the brim of the hat. Several peacock feathers and cream ostrich plumes are on the side of the hat with a lovely cream satin bow on the side front. Hat is secured in place with hat pins.
