Please note that Fashions of the Ages did not construct the original movie gowns in any of the films shown above. All reproductions are our interpretation of the movie costumes. For each movie costume reproduction order we receive we spend many hours researching the original garment. Whenever possible we offer to use the exact (or in some cases our best guess after research) fabrics and materials used in the original garments, however this is not always an option. Often the fabric/trims used in movie costumes is extremely expensive, sometimes unique fabric/trims are commissioned for films and antique or vintage fabrics/trims are sometimes used as well. For most movie costume quotes we will provide several pricing tiers ranging from a "as close as possible to the original movie garment" to a "budget version" of the costume.
