Custom made 18th century full English pannier is built to support the heavy and voluminous skirts of the period. The English panniers have very sharp and straight edges and corners. Panniers are gathered onto a fitted waistband which ties in the center front with ribbon ties. Width of panniers are adjustable with ribbon ties on each side.
