18th Century French Panniers Front

Custom made 18th century full French pannier is built to support the heavy and voluminous skirts of the period. The French panniers have a 'dome' shape. Panniers are gathered onto a fitted waistband which fastens on both sides with ribbon ties. Width of panniers are adjustable with ribbon ties on each side. Bottom of panniers have fabric ruffle.
