Custom made Civil War period petticoat is historically accurate with 5-10 rows of pintucks above the bottom ruffle. Bottom of petticoat has large ruffle that can be made of a decorative fabric (cotton eyelet pictured here). Petticoat has beading lace with ribbon above the ruffle. Top of petticoat is gathered into a fitted waistband which closes in the back with hook and bar closure.
