Our budget reproduction of the 'Think of Me' gown worn by Christine (Emmy Russom) in Phantom of the Opera. This gown has many details of Victorian and Civil War period ball gowns. This gown skirt was removed from a used wedding gown supplied by the client and is made out of synthetic organza over tulle. We bustled the top portion of the back of the skirt to match the movie gown. Two styles of starbursts were applied by hand to the skirt. In the original movie gown, the larger starburst had both gold and silver trim, however at our clients request her gown was made with only silver trim. Our reproduction gown was photographed without a hoop skirt under so it appears less full than the movie gown, however when worn with a hoop skirt it will follow the shape of the movie gown. The bodice is made out of white satin with the top neckline accent and sleeves covered with white tulle. The bodice has steel boning for support and laces closed in the back through grommets. The neckline has small crystal 'bursts' and crystals are scattered over the sleeves. Skirt 'tails' are on each side of the gown and are made out of white satin trimmed with silver lamme around the edges and a blue satin teardrop in the center. All crystals on the gown are Swarovski crystals and are hand placed.
