Stunning 18th century polonaise gown is made from a brilliant blue colored silk charmeuse. Petticoat is also made from the same blue silk and ties on both sides of the waist with ribbons. All layers of the gown have side pocket slits to allow entry into pockets inside panniers. Entire gown and petticoat is fully lined with matching blue China silk. Gown skirt has a short train in the back and closes down the front diagonal with hooks and eyes. Neckline, skirt and sleeves are trimmed with matching three inch scalloped ruching.
